I'm short and round - what can i wear to a wedding?!

I've been lurking here and looking at the links to dresses but they all seem designed for tall thin women , not me! Im short, round , but not bosomy , want to keep my arms covered, . Summer wedding ..probably hot...how to avoid looking like the Queen?!
