armpit spots!

Dd has several of these, I'm assuming from careless shaving!

I have told her to hold off from shaving currently but she has an event on Sunday that she needs to wear a sleeveless leotard for. Can anyone recommend a quick method to get rid of these?

I popped one large one yesterday but it's still red and inflamed and the rest don't seem to be fading ....
