Please help me find some dresses!

I'm starting a new job and need some dresses for summer workwear; it's not a particularly formal environment but I don't want sleeveless or clingy - just something that can be worn with a cardi.

I have searched White Stuff and Fat Face but not found anything I like that isn't sleeveless. I'm a short arse so needs to be above the knee otherwise I look like a munchkin.

Anyone seen anything good? I've no idea what shops to look in...

H&M, last year I got a few skater style jersey dresses for £7.99 & got loads of compliments. They are sleeveless but teamed up with a cardi they are smart enough for work.

They also do ones with sleeves.
