Are they ok to use every day if used correctly?
I can't help but think they will wreck my lashes!

I use them most days. My tip would be to use them before mascara and keep them clean. If they are sticky, or have mascara on, you can pull out eyelashes by mistake.
I sometimes warm mine up with a hairdryer first which gives amazing curl. That is probably bad for them but they haven't fallen out so far.

Thankyou. Can you recommend any good ones?

I use mine daily and no casualties. I agree re clean and pre-mascara though! Mine are Shu Uemera. I've tried lots of others, from cheap to similarly priced (shu are around £20) and there is no competition. Waterproof mascara helps to hold the curl all day.

I second Natty. I genuinely could not believe the difference when I shelled out on Shu Uemera, they're so much better than any other eyelash curlers.
Expensive but worth every penny.

I've used eyelash curlers pretty much every day for, um, crikey probably more than 20 years - started as a young teen. I still have all my lashes, never spent more than a tenner on them so now very tempted to try the shu ones given the prev posters comments!

I curl every day - I too have the shu ones - always curl before mascara though.

Ooh I think I might have to try those Shu ones! smile

Yeah I always curl before mascara too.

Clear mascara then shu curlers then no7 gold tube.
Nothing moves and the curl looks really natural as does the mascara
Use mine every day.
