Has anyone got a bottle? I'm thinking of giving it a go, I like the websites blurb on it - but DH is doing some extreme eye rolling at spending £40 on a EDT that I've not tested before buying it and wants to know why I can't wait 7 months until my birthday...he's like it with all non essentials Blush

Can you wait till you're in Europe? Saw it in a Kiko shop the other day (did not smell it though, I'm not a scents person) and it was a little over €30 so £40 sounds like a bit of a mark up and I'd agree with DH that that seems a bit pricey side for an EDT, but again not a scent person so a terrible ally in this, sorry...

Could you try it in one of the Kiko stores in the UK?

I've just had an email through: BOGOF (2nd bottle sent out other limited edition ETD) online deal only.

I'm going to risk it as UK stores aren't that close and my family in Europe won't be coming to the UK for ages.

Thanks for your your help Smile

I smelt it out of curiosity earlier this week because of this thread (again, still not much of a scent person, everything smells like toilet cleaner on me Sad) but it smelt really nice, not claggy or overly heady but fresh without being overly citrusy with a nice woodsy base. I think it'll be great for summer! The other one was similar but slightly more floral.

botemp have you got a perfume that works for you? Or is it an ongoing hunt?
I wear Chanel N°5 over winter but haven't found a summer scent.
If I'm not 100% on either of these I've got 4 nieces (13-18) who will happily take them off me and squabble over them

I gave up a long time ago, it's not worth it really. It has something to do with the pH of my skin that makes it all smell like crap, although I've had a custom one made once without issue but I just don't wear it. The only store bought one that ever worked well was a Bulgari one with green tea but it was always impossible to source, it became my mother's signature scent in the end once I gave it to her (same issue with pH) and she started stockpiling it like mad but I think they stopped making it now. I did recently warm to Tom Ford's Neroli Portofino (really nice for summer I think), the perfume version was too strong for me but they did this sort of water that isn't an EDT in a giant 500ml bottle that worked really well except they no longer sell it Angry but did still have a sample in the shop which they wouldn't sell me and kept around for reasons I failed to understand.
