Bag help please

I'm pretty sure I want a slouchy bag (probably brown) as an everyday bag. Looking around £150 but could be persuaded to spend a bit more if really nice. I have a Coach purse and love it but feel the bags might be a bit pricey.

Also need a bag for going out - I'm always struggling what to take when I just need a purse and my phone etc? Maybe small black bag.
