has anyone complained to bravissimo about poor fitting?

Absolutely gutted! Got fitted about a month ago and bought three new bras at nearly £100.

They all seem really bad fits though and I've no receipt and think i will have left it to long to do anything about it.

I didn't think they were the right fit but thought it would maybe just take a while to get used to the new size I was given but today I'm wearing one of the new bras for only the 2nd time and it's so big I've got it on the tightest clips (even though you're told to have them on the loosest when you first buy) and it's so big it's still rubbing and giving me red marks under the boobs. On top of this I am wearing a slinky tshirt and one of my friends commented about me having four boobs as I'm spilling over the top.

I was in the shop last week buying a bikini top and a different girl fitted me and this size seems perfect and that's what really makes me think I was fitted wrong for the bras. The bras are 34h which is too big in the back and too small in the cup and the bikini is 32j which fits snug round the back without being tight and I have no overspill in the cups.

Feel really stupid I've not noticed how bad the bras are till now but can't see how I would have any comeback when I have no receipt and never mentioned anything when I was in last week.

I can't afford another £100 for bras either just now

Just ask them - explain as you have here - I would imagine they'd be helpful.

They have 28 day satisfaction thing. Don't worry a bit just go back and tell them how they don't fit and I'm sure they'll sort you out

I had the same problem, so emailed them and they refunded me (a little begrudgingly)! Good luck x

I've always found them to be very helpful and accommodating, tbh. Get itouglch and ask them what they can do to assist you.

I took two bras back as they gave me overspill so clearly didn't fit. They had been worn and washed but they refunded me without question. Have you got a bank statement or credit card statement as proof of purchase?

I've no receipt and I would have to reorder a bank statement but I know the date i was in store and should be on their system.

I have just emailed them to see what they say but thank you everyone for giving me hope I might not have to fork out for another lot. I'm so uncomfortable today and can't believe i have left it nearly a month to notice just how bad they look.
