help! I need shoes

Help I need shoes to match a dress. The dress is an off white knit it had a gold thread running through it and the collar is more gold too. (I swear it is actually a beautiful dress!)
It s for a daytime occasion, so I need to be comfortable, (I ve a 5 month old and I ll be hosting the day so will need to be able move about)

Nude shoes didn't look quite right,

Gold looked a bit 'blingy' or night time.

Black was a bit of a stark contrast and didn't look right either

Tan would be too casual

I m fresh out of ideas! Help!

There are different shades of nude shoe. Mine are from lk Bennett and look okay with cream.
