I have an idea in my head for an appropriate outfit for "naice" family lunches etc. So casual but sophisticated IYKWIM

I'd like to find a chiffony top - my idea is navy with a lacy bit on the top/arms and smart trousers/skirt. I am hopeless at accessorising and always feel either under or overdressed at these things!
