Ha ha, not a secret at all. I resorted to PM'ing the OP cos it wouldn't let me post the message here! I'll try again now (will warn you though that it's in the States and looks to be out of stock!)
BOYNYC rose gold plated feather cuff. It's available here but out of stock, so I don't think it's showing. Looks like a US website....on sale for $47 and says to enter email to be notified of when it's back in stock.
