Not quite cowl drapey jumper

I saw someone wearing a gorgeous jumper bit she left before I could ask where she got it
It looked soft with a nice drape and a big neck, not quite a cowl
It was pale blue but the colour doesn't bother me. I've looked on Web sites but haven't found it
