Dye from jeans stained my suede boots

Any tips? I know I should buy better jeans but apart from staining things they meet all my (demanding) requirements.
I have treated the jeans with vinegar and washed several times so hope they will behave better in future. But how do I salvage my stained light brown suede boots? The stains are dark blue/indigo.
