Stretch Marks/Saggy Skin post pregnancy

I'm sure this topic has been covered and yep I've googled it to death but has anyone any good solutions for sorting out stretch marks and wrinkly skin on my stomach after two babies?
For the record they're not ruining my life or stressing me out, I just want to look a bit tidier! Ideally in a non expensive, non animal testing kinda way.
