Another bag one..but a bright one

I have a birthday coming up and I need a new handbag. Budget up to £100/£120.

I don't want a grey one though. Or brown. Or black. Though I am watching the grey bag thread with interest

I wear a lot of blue and grey. Occasional bright red and cerise. Odd burgundy bit. I have grey streaked hair. Blue eyes. Pale skin. (Think I am a bright winter) I tend to need to "fizz" up my largely grey/navy dull wardrobe with the odd flash of colour. I keep looking at my existing bags and thinking "meh".

So I am after something with colour. Doesn't matter how bright.

Prefer leather.

I am generally in jeans, converse etc so nothing too smart - but I do prefer slightly more structured than sloughy iyswim.

Please give me your ideas.

Have you browsed John Lewis/House of Fraser - might get some ideas there?

John lewis has not inspired me. There is this but I am not going whoop, whoop.

This is another option - over budget a bit. Find the House of Fraser website clunkier than JL.

Or this. Not sure about the blue though www.houseoffraser.co.uk/Ted+Baker+Palmira+blue+zip+top+small+tote+bag+with+pouch/227505251,default,pd.html

A paler blue - quite like this one - but not the "pop" of colour I was hoping for. www.houseoffraser.co.uk/Lauren+Ralph+Lauren+Lexington+light+blue+shoulder+tote+bag/229443714,default,pd.html

Any opinions gratefully received. I buy bags about once a decade so am a bit lost.

Thank you Speaker. Peony ones are lovely - but remind me of my mum's handbag style. Probably very unfair to them - can see they are beautiful but I think they would just make me feel like I had her bag Grin. Pink one a bit "zippy".

Kipling one am not sure of. My sister and best friend both rave about theirs. And how practical they are. Practical. I spend 24/7 being practical....

coach has a wonderful selection of well made bags in all shapes, sizes and colors. Saw an ad in a mag for a 3/4 moon shape in burgundy with bright pink leather piping-yummy.Good price point too.

Coach too £££ for me, though their bags are lovely.

Zatchels - I just cannot quite like any of them. I cannot define why - but do not fill me with love. Thank you for the suggestions though.

Have found the pink Ted Baker one up for even less. Think this may be ordered unless something else springs up. I know I am not spending much but I am not in the hundreds of pounds on a bag camp. www.countryattire.com/ted-baker-women-s-palmira-print-lining-crosshatch-shopper-bag-red.html?gclid=Cj0KEQiAl5u2BRC6yszC1_75v5wBEiQAD-hdzzXEYZPMWzOSMHlEqqQFo7Fqg-mb7eutSRW1h6XHu1UaAll28P8HAQ

I really recommend Harriet Sanders. www.harrietsanders.co.uk
Lovely quality, great colours, and not well known so I never see anyone else with the same thing.
