After loosing weight from size 20 to 12/14 I have no idea what to wear and very little time to shop/try things on.
I'd love to wear a nice swimsuit and saw on landsend these swim skirts that you wear with a tankini top. I thought they might look good as I'll be in the water a lot with my baby - cover up a bit but not frumpy, what does everyone think? Do you have any ideas or other suggestions?

Any links to any summer clothes you rate would be so appreciated also

Many thanks and there is a huge selection on that site.

I was hoping for any recommendations, ones that you have tried that you'd recommend - especially with the tankini top and biggish (f) boobs, is underwire the way to go or would the normal support be enough for a good shape.

Or even a nice swimsuit with some shaping....but then it's the same issue with the bust area.

In some ways it's easier to dress a larger figure as I know what to do with it!!!!

Try a bikini. You might like it.

I have some swimwear from boden. Free delivery and returns so can try on at home.

I think go for a bikini, or some shape wear (John Lewis and M&S good for one pieces with tummy control). No to skirts, they just draw attention to an area that I presume you're trying to conceal? Also I find tankinis a right PITA - hit at the worst point and ride up.

A bikini often looks so much more flattering on a curvy figure, and nobody else will be looking at you, I promise!

I'm a 12 with GG boobs and always get swimwear from figleaves.

My current favourite is this one which is so flattering.

I sized up by one size as I am tall, but would say a 14 would be fine if you are average height.

It is really comfortable, makes my boobs look great but also feels secure.

Oh sorry I read it wrong. I wouldn't recommend a swimskirt they cling and get really heavy when wet so can pull down the way

I saw and liked this underwired Freya tankini. It"s on sale now £21.60 at Leia. Slightly padded though. Available 36f.

Got mine from BHS. Bought both a swimsuit and a tankini style one. They look good and hide a multitude of sins!

This Fantasie one is an easy wear and would look great on most skin tones.

The website 'very' do their own mix and match underwired tankinis and bottoms I've bought them the last 2 years as they're pretty cheap I'm too tight to pay a ridiculous price for a cossie

I wear a size 14. I always get a one-piece and a bikini. I think I'll wear the one-piece more but once I'm on holiday and I relax a bit (because everyone is normal and we are all different shapes and sizes) I wear the bikini. Asda and Peacocks are both surprisingly good but i think it's early in the season for them to stock swimwear atm.
