I'm 30 and started to get fine lines under my eyes which I hate ! So far I have tried Clinique eye serum , a sample of Estée Lauder serum and spent £33 on Charlotte Tilbury Mini Miracle eye wand which was the biggest waste of money ever. I normally wear either Bobbi Brown or Bare Minerals foundation with primer underneath but these lines seem to look worse with make up on . Any ideas or am I doomed
