ted and muffy delivery and returns

I stopped buying from Duo boots because their sizes are utterly random and ended up spending a lot of money on delivery and returns. I also felt that they were grossly overpriced and only worth buying in the sale. I don't have an issue with calf circumference so don't care for the fact that they offer that, but I am short, only 5.2", and struggle to find boots with a 6cm block heel that don't come up too far up my leg. Ted & Muffy (such ridiculous name) seem to have a few suitable options at the moment but I can't work out if they still charge per each pair you buy and returns.

Yes I know that's what I'm trying to say. I used to buy from Duo but paying for delivery per pair and returns bearing in mind their sizes were so random made me stop buying from them. So here's my question, should I bother with Ted and Muffy?
