Not sure what to do and would welcome some advice from you knowledgable lot.
I sent a package back to Uniqlo on 19th December using the free Hermes as they recommend. Have followed the tracking since then and I fear it has been lost somewhere in transit, this is the tracking:
31/12/2015 14:06 On route to client
30/12/2015 14:07 Sent to myhermes central hub
23/12/2015 14:18 On route to client
22/12/2015 17:52 Sent to myhermes central hub
22/12/2015 17:11 Arrived at Depot
19/12/2015 14:49 Missing Pre-Advice
19/12/2015 14:49 Customer Sent via ParcelShop
Hermes won't talk to me because I'm not the client. Uniqlo customer services have replied 3 times asking for the info I already supplied in my first and every email since. No phone number or alternative contacts on their website. I have tweeted just now. What else would you do if you were me? I paid by CC, can I pursue it with them? At a loss and feeling really frustrated now. It's totally put me off Uniqlo to be honest...
