Help me identify this coat please!

I was walking through town today and saw a woman wearing my PERFECT winter coat. I've been frantically googling but can't find where it's from so I turn to you mumsnetters!

It was sky blue with tiny white dots on it, was belted and had a peter pan colar. Came to just above the knee.

Any ideas? I NEED IT.

What sort of material? Wool/looked like wool?

Kind of thick Jersey? Not sure, maybe a bit woven with embroidered dots...
