Feel like treating myself. Looking for recommendations for the most luxurious bubble bath. Aiming to reclaim the bathroom as my sanctuary. Grin

Okay, I know it is not the fanciest compared to some brands out there but I love original Badedas

It's made from horse chestnuts, I think. The smell is amazing, in an old school eighties kinda way. Grin

Kneipp bath oils turn the bath different colours and smell amazing! No bubbles though so mix and match.

The multi sets of mini ones are v affordable on amazon and last a while. Great fun for kids too.

Ah, Badedas! Reminds me of my childhood. Yum. Kind of like Timotei in its nearly retro-ness.

I love L'occitane lemon verbena bubble bath. The children got me a big bottle of it for Xmas!

Try it Lem, you'll be surprised. Plus, it makes the whole bathroom smell glorious.

I love the sanctuary bath foam though, someone gave me a candle by them which makes my living room smell of sanctuary bubble bath every night.

Ortigia. It's a tiny bit oily as well, which is essential for yer truly luxe wallow.

Organic Surge is lovely especially the Lavender Meadows one. The clove and geranium is nice too. Mid priced, but smells delicious and very bubbly.

Laura Mercier do some wonderful bubble baths.

I love the L'Occitane Ultra Rich foaming bath. Really nice, not astringent, squeaky soapy foam, just gorgeous rich creamy bubbles with a delicate scent. Also one of very few bubbly bath products that don't upset my lady regions.

Definitely Origins Ginger Float. It's £27 for a single tub of the bubble bath (a thick soufflé that you need quite a lot of in each bath) but it smells beyond gorgeous.

When you run out or get your bank statement, Waitrose ginger and clementine for a couple of pounds is almost as nice...

Another vote for Badedas - and it is on offer at Boots at the moment. It feels like a treat, but is more sensibly priced than the 'luxury' brands.

The Waitrose stuff used to be good but I think they must have changed the 'recipe' as it doesn't seem to bubble like it used to.

Ooh a second for the Origins Ginger Float! I'd forgotten all about it and it is gorgeous! Otherwise I go for bath oils, Jo Malone lasts ages and I quite fancy trying Aromatherapy Associates although currently too pricey for me...

The liquid yoga that came in my m and s advent calendar is really lovely when you're achey! But I love the sanctuary foaming bath soak too and its not too pricey. When I've run out I just squirt some original source mango(or whichever is on the go)shower gel in and its surprisingly good as a bubble bath.

This, it's delicious and decadent, lingers on your skin for ages - and you must start referring to it as unguent Grin

Fenjal is dearer than supermarket brands but has the feel and smell of the luxury brands.

Second vote for the loccitane lavender foaming bath. I got a small sample in a present this week and had forgotten just how fabulous it is.

Aromatherapy associates oils are the best thing ever, but of course no bubbles.

Might have to try the ultra rich bubbles, sound amazing.

I was going to come on and say badedas, but I see I've been beaten to it 🙂
Lovely stuff for soothing an aching body.

I second Fenjal. I was lucky enough to get a bottle for Christmas from mil this year, it's gorgeous smelling stuff and makes your skin feel wonderful after a long soak.

Anything by Neal's Yard here. Someone got me the Seaweed and Arnica after DD was born. Amazing stuff.

Organic surge lavender. Reasonably priced, mainly organic, smells nice and a % goes to children's homes in Africa ( can't remember where)

Badedas too won't spend more on stuff that effectively goes down the plughole
