Itchy head after changing shampoo

I've been using the Aussie range for the last three weeks and my head hasn't stopped itching...mainly around the back of the neck.
It's got worse over the last few days...will have to go out and get new shampoo. Any recommendations for one which may help?
T gel?

I get this with Aussie, and I find it makes my hair heavy and greasy. I switched to Alberto balsam, think it was coconut and something. Nice and cheap and did the job.

My DH likes the Body Shop ginger but it makes my hair feel matted , I use it as a pre-dye detox .

If I use any form of baby shampoo I scratch like I have fleas.

If I have very itchy skin (touch of psoriasis makes its appearance when I'm stressed) I use water and conditioner only, no shampoo.

I love the smell of Aussie but it doesn't suit me at all. Itchy and flaky - horrible! I wondered before I opened the thread if it would be about Aussie.

Aussie makes my head sore and full of spots.

Shame as it smells lovely

You need a shampoo that's SLS free.

I'm the same with some shampoos. Elvive Fibrology was the worst; shame as it really did a good job at boosting volume. Double check it's not nits though - I was blaming products for my itchy head and I'd caught the bastards along with the DDs. Blush

Alberto balsam is great shampoo.

Elvive fibrology made my head itch and gave me spots on my back Shock
