Help me find a foundation?

Hello. I know very little about makeup so was hoping someone could maybe offer some suggestions for a new foundation. I have been using a powder foundation by Clinique for so long that I know think it is out of date as it is going on a bit funny and making my face itch a bit! I don't wear it that often you see. So I need a new one, but the problem is, I'm really picky...I prefer powder foundations to liquid ones but I would try a liquid one. I don't like anything too heavy and cakey, like to look natural, just disguise some imperfections. I have eczema, very sensitive skin, AND acne. Like right now the end of my nose is really dry, and so is in between my eyebrows, but then I have spots all over my chin and the underneath of my face and a couple of others dotted around. So I need something that won't make my skin greasy, but also won't irritate it and give me eczema, or look awful on dry patches.

And on top of all that, I really want the product to be from a company that have a robust policy on not testing on animals. I will excuse a parent company if necessary because it's so hard to find otherwise :/ And I am currently living in France.

Can anyone help?? :')

Two words: Lily Lolo!
I suffer with chronic acne, and dry patches. Every single product I've tried makes me break out Sad but I tried a sample of Lily Lolo mineral powder foundation and never looked back. It covers perfectly and you can barely tell you're wearing anything. It's completely organic, antibacterial and they don't test on animals. And they have a massive range of shades to choose from (I use "porcelain" which is the lightest shade....unfortunately, I'm insanely pale!)
