Zara evening tops opinions?

got this top and blouse in Zara in Gran Canaria recently, the 2nd one I love and wear a lot however the first one I'm not sure about and would eBay it... It has very fine silver lurex threads in it...

So do you like the 2nd top I wear it with black or blue jeans, any other ideas and what to do with first top? Keep or sell?
