Tube skirt

I've decided to a get a tube skirt, a black mini Jersey one from Asos. Think I'm okay with how to dress it down but I wondered if anyone had any ideas of tops to dress it up for a night out? I have high heeled chunky ankle boots I would wear with it so it's just the top half I need help with!
