Do cushions come under the 'S' part of S&B?

I require cushions. Unfortunately I don't really have a strong idea of what I want, it's more that I see something and think 'that's definitely not it.'

I saw this one in John Lewis and liked it, but I don't know what else I would like or what might go with it as I don't tend to like most animal cushions.

The sofas are black faux leather, and the curtains are creamy/pale green. Neither of which were my choice...

Any help would be greatly appreciated, before I end up sitting on something that resembles a patchwork menagerie.
