I've got yellow teeth and can't afford a professional service - anyone know the best strips to buy???

nothing over the counter in the UK works. Imported stuff is damaging to teeth.

brush properly, don't eat/smoke the stainers and realise that real teeth are a bit yellow.

yep, that comes under the 'imported stuff that is damaging to teeth'.

the yank dazzling smile is either dentures, veneers or teeth that will fall out by 40.

A good brush with baking soda once a month ONLY.

Crest Pro multi protect whitening is good in between.

I've used the whitening strips, they are amazing, mine haven't fallen out, and won't

I've just bought the crest strips from abroad. They've made a difference after only 2 uses. My dsis has used them for years and her teeth are fine.

Yup, the US stuff is great. Use it sparingly and even then you'll see a big improvement in colour (eg once every thee weeks or so)

Get your dentist to make some trays, they are worth it for a one off cost and way less expensive than a whitening treatment at the surgery. Then use Zoom(used to be DayWhite) for 30 minutes a day for 2 weeks.Makes a big difference.

My dentist recommended the crest strips from the states. I bought them but didn't think they did much really.

The Crest strips are supposed to be the best but I tried them and they made no difference at all. Teeth looked shiny and clean but no whiter.

I've found a leave on paste by Crest very effective. I think unless it hurts a bit the whiteners aren't working..
