How many weeks will you be? Have you considered non maternity wear, maxi dress empire style? Etc. A big department store might offer alternatives
What about mothecare? Do you have a retail park near you. They usually stock maternity wear
I got a lovely summer dress that I wore to the races
I accessorised it with a posh bag and fascinator.

Have you tried Ghost?- John Lewis do it. They are not pregnancy wear per se but are bias cut and stretchy kind of crinkly, finely pleated material. They are beautiful and I still wear mine now that I'm back to normal size. My only caveat is that since I bought mine the company has been bought over, so not sure if the cut / material differs now.
