What to wear with this skirt?

Sorry for massive non-clicky link, I'm on my phone and don't think I can do a proper one. I've just bought this and don't really know what to put on top.

I like the shape at the waist so thought maybe just a simple strappy vest, but I'm short so don't know if I'll be able to find anything short enough in the body. Or do I tuck in?

I want to keep it fairly casual, I have some black leather ballet pumps that I think will go. The white in the skirt isn't pure white, more of an off white.
