Please help me find nice but warm summer clothes.

I seem to spend all my time freezing or looking like its the middle of winter. Not sure what I can do to look good but be warm e.g. going to a BBQ this weekend and not sure what to wear. Any help would be great!

I'm sure you are right - just getting the right layers! Will have a look at cashmere but thought it might be too 'woolly' looking! Thanks.
