help needed finding a dress please

i need a dress for a funeral
ideally i would like a navy blue wrap dress with sleeves but i can't find one

i am 5' 11", norky and a size 20
i suppose i am an apple?
good lower legs and slim wrists/lower arms

want to look smart but not too overly funereal if that amkes sense
