Sizing in Mango?

Am tempted to buy a Mango dress off Asos - it say on Asos "this brand tends to come up small so may be advisable to size up". I am usually a large 10 or 12 but was wondering if I should go for a 14 as thought as it is quite fitted would be better for it to be slightly too big than small. Just wondered if anyone could confirm that sizing in Mango is indeed small? Thank you!!

I think it's about right.
I'm a 10/little 12 and my jeans are a 10.
I have a top which is medium, but I could have got a small.
