Exchanging foundation?

I went to John Lewis at the weekend and got colour matched at the Lancome counter for some foundation. I've used it for a few days and think it seems a bit orangey, would they exchange it for another shade?

Ive never had a problem exchanging but they dont have to so being polite always helps. Did you like the texture? Would you be swapping it for another Lancôme foundation?

I love the foundation, it lasts really well and has good coverage, its just the colour that isn't right!
