Bra intervention needed!

Pre-DS I was a 34D, or a 36C in brands with tight-fitting bands. After DS I went up to a 34DD or a 32E but now, even though I'm still BFing 2-3 times a day, these bras feel too big in the cups. Some of my old 34D bras fit but others are a bit big, but when I've tried on 34C in stores they are way too small in the cup and give me a quadruple boob effect!

So yesterday I purchased a tape measure and did my measurements this morning. Underbust is 32 inches and when I bend over and measure the fullest part it's 38 inches. Any idea what size I am??
