Caroline Hirons for hair?

So Caroline Hirons has transformed my skin - no more flakes or spots! It's a miracle!
Now I need a website or a routine that can do the same for my hair. Any ideas? It's quite dry, highlighted, naturally very thick and wavy or frizzy and so either straighten it for work (lasts 3-4 days) or let it dry curly at the weekend. It's currently in a long bob.
