Birkis

Spring is here, almost time to get the Birkis out!

I got a few pairs ages ago from an online store recommended by MNers but I've forgotten the name.... Any suggestions for where to buy? I'm looking for an old season colour so would love recommendations for places with loads of styles / colours rather than Schuh, Office et al. I think someone once recommended a European retailer.

I think I may have found what I'm looking for at a store called Sarenza (although they don't state whether they are the wide or narrow fit which is annoying) - has anyone ever bought from them? I'm not in the UK and don't recognize the store name. DH is STILL going on about the time I bought Nikes from a dodgy online retailer who looked like a great shoe store and turned out to be a scammer in China leading to all kinds of credit card hassles - trying to avoid a repeat Grin

Many thanks.

Not bought from Sarenza I'm afraid but got my latest batch of Birkis last year from Zalando in one of their frequent sales. The delivery was excellent, they don't do exchanges as such (I mistakenly ordered the wrong size the first time around) but they sent me a discount code/ voucher so I could re-order in the right size at the same price I'd had for the original order and were super-helpful.

TK Maxx have loads in just now. £25 a pair. What colour/ style are you looking for?

linky

Much more in the actual stores than online. They are genuine Birkenstocks.

You could also try the german Birkenstock website. They have a bigger range than other places.

Thanks all!

wonderyears were the ones you got from Sarenza the regular fit or the narrow? They don't specify in the description & I need the narrow. The foot logo on the insole is solid yellow for the narrow and just a yellow outline of a foot for the wider, regular fit. Thanks.

I get mine from www.footshopping.com as I need the narrow fitting too, and they do a good selection. Really quick delivery, definitely the real deal and good prices.
