best make-up remover?

At the ripe old age of 35, I've had a revelation - the reason I don't often wear make-up is because it is a PITA to take off again. Not loving the panda look after a shower; what do you recommend I use to quickly and effectively remove make-up from sensitive skin around my eyes?

i love clinique take the day off cleansing balm - its about 20 quid but its fab and lasts ages
i then double cleanse with a cream cleanser using a no7 one at the moment but usually use soap and glory peaches and clean

I use make up wipes and take it off when i'm lying in bed and the light has just gone out. I fear that without them I'd be too lazy to ever remove it at all...

I really like garner micellar water. It takes off all make up so quickly and easily. I also like Estée Lauder gentle eye make up remover in the blue bottle but that is more expensive.

noooo baby wipes arent good, doesnt get everything off and can make skin worse as can be too astringent for face
better off with a cleanser - baby wipes are ok if pissed or need something quick

Nooooo to baby wipes, they sting like buggery!!

Lush Ultrabland. Use it with a fresh flannel every night then put the flannel on the side to use in the morning.

Simple eye make-up remover and cleanser. Cheap as chips and does a great job without irritating skin or eyes. Usually on a 3 for 2 offer in Boots too.

Ooh Thanks for all the replies! I'm tempted by the Quickies wipes, currently using some kind of cheap wipes (not baby wipes!) but end up having to scrub under my eyes.

Those of you who suggested more than one product - if I wasn't so lazy, we wouldn't be here!

I use cotton wool pads for both eyes and face. I've tried wipes before because I'm lazy, but I found they were rubbish and I had to scrub at my eyes to get non-waterproof mascara off.

Shu Uemera cleansing oil. Fantastic product, and even great at taking off waterproof mascara.

I second the Garnier Micellar water. I have sensitive, hormonal, pregnant skin and it's amazing :) can even get it in my eyes (v v rare) and it doesn't sting. If you keep a look out it's usually on special offer for half price as well.

Liz Earle Eyebright. I go through bottles of the stuff. You can use it as a soothing lotion to put on tired eyes too

Coconut oil for eye makeup. It just melts it off and doesn't sting if you get any in your eyes and no harsh rubbing.

thank you all! I have bought some garnier micellar water, tried it once. It did seem good, gentle on my skin.
Today I have put both mascara and eyeliner on though, so tonight will be the real challenge!

I also recommend Lush ultra bland! It's my go-to basic cleanser. It totally dissolves makeup although you need to take it off with a flannel to make sure the skin is really clean.

I second Simple cleanser - have used it for years after trying all sorts. Clarins, Clinique etc great, but expensive. I don't use the specific eye makeup remover as I can't get on with it, just the all-over stuff, and with dampened cotton wool pads (the large ones!). I'm going to keep an eye out (no pun, honest!) for the Micellar as it sounds fab!

I use a mixture of DHC Cleansing Oil or Garnier Micellar Water. Sometimes I use Simple Eye Makeup Remover.

Wipes if pissed or lazy (rare).

I used to use Clarins One Step Cleanser with Orange extract or Garnier Cleanser with Toner afterwards and an eye makeup remover like Simple or Garnier. I think my skin was better then!
