I would say its perfect! I would never wear what the model has on, thats for sure. The shoes are all wrong! I think you need a heel. I would probably pick out the dark colour [background] and buy a simple top to match.

Ideas here:

I think this is very pretty too:

Love it on the model with the top to match.

This outfit is smart, sexy and beautiful. I like all of it together and would be perfect for your purpose:

Yes!

How about a silk cami here and either a blazer or a cropped cashmere cardigan, or a fabric biker jacket? And yes to heels.

I'd wear it with a black silk cami, black slim fitting tuxedo type jacket, or black fabric biker, plus simple black heels and let the print do all the talking.

I do love the other skirt too but not sure about the crop top as I think there may be to much floral going on. Would nude shoes go with either skirt?

I think nude shoes would be fine :) I know what you mean about the too much floral going on. It does kind of look like a dress though, which i think is quite quirky. Im not sure i would be the right type to wear it but it could suit you. The model looks lovely when she is in the video of it but then she is young! unlike me

I am not young but not old either, early 40's size 10. I think it is a classic lok but dont want to go wrong with the top.
