I am trying to find something to fill in and define my brows that won't be too dark or heavy. Doesn't have to be a pencil, I've been looking at the kits that include wax and powder but I need to find a good shade. (Has anyone used the Urban Decay brow kit? A colleague recommended it and she has amazing eyebrows but I feel like I need other opinions as it's quite pricey!)
My natural hair colour is strawberry blonde but I dye it very bright red/orange and without filling in my eyebrows I look like a thumb
I'm trying to steer away from the scouse brow look which my current brow pencil seems to give me (half down to the colour being too dark, half to my poor application skills!)
The hair at the start of my eyebrows is very sparse due to overplucking as a teen so when I fill them in they're normally completely drawn in and fake looking. I'd like to go for something more subtly and natural looking like the girls in the picture (is that Hayden Panettiere? I literally just googled "nice eyebrows" and it was one of the first picture that came up!) I can never seem to get the start right and they always look too heavy. I'm very pale and I think the dark eyebrows age me a lot!
Can anyone offer any suggestions? I'm on a pretty tight budget but would probably pay a little more for a Holy Grail eyebrow product

If you had bright orange hair and fair eyebrows, what eyebrow pencil would you use?
