Buying new gym kit

I've previously bought a few bits from Tk maxx but need more plus sone good sports bras/tank top (with good support) for layerering with vests. Sports Direct seem pretty good value and recently I was surprised by how stylish the sainsburys Tu range was though havent bought anything yet.

any recommendations? Thanks

M and s have loads in at the moment. They have a good selection of different style/ lengths of trousers etc

We have similar shopping tastes...most of my gym wear is from tk maxx! I have lots from sainsburys and would really recommend them for cheap, good quality basics that wash well and are cool and comfy at the gym. Have a few bits from sports direct which are good too. I particularly like the usa pro leggings which are often on multi buy offers.

H and M have a great sports section too with some interesting prints which are a bit more stylish than the average. Lots of people rave about Sweaty Betty but they're a bit out of my price range. All my sports bras are shock absorbers but that's largely down to being a bit busty!

H&m are pretty good!
Nike hold up very very well - all my kit looks brand new still, even the bits that are 6 years old (not trainers as regularly replace these). One of my nike trousers made it through tough mudder completely intact, I was amazed - nothing tore or frayed (even on rough rock - tore my exposed skin though below my capris...). It's seriously hardwearing and washes well.

I picked up some nice stuff online from mountain warehouse. I got some 3/4 length running tights for £9.99 and running tops for about £7. I've also had Pilates gear from there in the past. They often have very good sales on.

I have had bits from tesco and primark that wash and wear well. Suits my infrequent gym going needs without breaking bank.

I'm going to check out the Matalan range which looks surprisingly good. Usually I wear H&M stuff which is very good.

For those that are well endowed (!) where do you buy sports bras? I guess I need the high impact rather an medium?

Depending on your breast shape, the Panache Sport (underwired version), Freya sport or Shock Absorber. The Panache fits pretty much truet o size, but isn't great for very soft breasts. The Freya runs a bit snug in the band but otherwise fairly true, and has very wide wires. The Shock Absorber is an old school compression bra, so is best for very soft breasts - it runs notoriously small in the band so you will need to go up a band size.

A good sports bra is important. I got one from nike.

Berlei Shock Absorber - I have G cups.
I have tried many brands over the years and only this one is consistent and ensures nothing moves.
I have the M&S one linked by Frankie and whilst it's OK, it's not as good as the Shock Absorber.
