Which colours and shops do you generally like?

Hi OP.

A few more details would help.

Age.
Build/boob size.
Length preference.
Colour preference
Hair colour.
Arms showing/not showing.

What type of event/evening is it?

I'm 30 brunette and short! Boobs massive atm as breastfeeding (34FF!).

It's a Christmas meal with drinks/dancing.

Not worried about showing arms, don't mind about length or colour!

I usually shop at places like H&M, mango, next?

Don't wear anything sequinned or too shiny. Last NYE I wore a sequinned dress which I thought looked fine, and I think did look fine on the night. But in all the photos the sequins really emphasised my tummy and the flash bounced right off it making it look really massive in all the pics!!

Coast have 30% off everything today and they have quite a few tummy hiding dresses or tops and trousers.

I wore a dress this shape to a wedding after ds was born. It worked surprisingly well. My arms and legs were thin and that was all you could see. It might be worth trying on as it could go either way. If you put fantastic shoes with it the slim legs would be the focus.
