Has anyone tried to return something to Zulily?
They have sent me totally the wrong thing - v disappointing and frustrating because dd really was in love with the dress we ordered, and it took so long to come (or not come!) that we are up against the wire now trying to find her a substitute. And, of course, having to squeeze the cost out of the Xmas budget because the refund won't be even processed until I've returned the unwanted item , and will then take up to 14 days to deal with per their parcel documentation.
To add insult to injury, they want me to send photos of the pink coat that was sent instead of the black dress - hopefully to speed up the process - but the e-mail address they've given will not accept my attempts, even though I am simply 'replying' to an e-mail they've sent me.
Please tell me I'll get my money back!
