hobo handbag help

I have been looking for a new handbag since forever. I have searched online and in the shops, John Lewis, Bentalls, House of Fraser, Selfridges, Bicester Village, to no avail.

I like a rounded soft look, I think they are referred to as hobo? I like tassels, studs, zips, not all together but one would be nice. Colour- something pretty, not brown or black. And a long enough shoulder strap to sling across body if needed.

I saw this Velvet one which I like, except for the colour. Where else can I look?

Thanks for the reply Daftskunk (like your name btw). Yes a bit like that but without a flat bottom, a bit softer/curvy looking.

I also like hobo/cross body bags and I never buy black.

John Lewis often have this bag in other colours, the leather is nice and soft

Ecco usually have hobo/cross body styles in nice colours.

White Stuff seem to launch this bag in new colours each season. It's medium size.

I also like Furla. Some of their bags are highly structured but the hobo styles are made of the softest leather . Colors tend to be classic, they sometimes have lovely shades of red, blue etc as week as blacks and beiges.

Thanks for the suggestions so far, unfortunately none of them are The One. I want it big enough for my phone, purse, kindle, bottle of water, and whatever other crap 2 dc give me to carry. and not too plain. A stud, rivet or tassel would be perfect.

What about a bucket bag? Zara and mango do some nice studded ones although mainly in black

mipmop - I have that John Lewis bag in taupe, and it is beautifully soft leather. I love the fact that it has two straps, so it can be carried on the shoulder or cross body.

The other place to look is M&S - they have quite a few hobo bags at the moment, and always lovely quality.

I've realised what it is I like about the bag, its the fact its a drawstring at the top. I saw
this bag and thought I'd hit the jackpot as it looked like soft suede, but its not its just fabric.

So any soft leather drawstring hobo's out there, please let me know!

Thankyou for all the links! Unfortunatley still not the one.

The Fossil and Next ones have flat bottoms, I want a curved or just a seam, not one that will stand up on its own, if you see what I mean. And I do want leather, the ASOS ones are pleather. But thantkyou all for looking, I really didn't expect anyone to do that, was just hoping for some website or shops suggestions {smile]
