Wool dress?

AppleSnapple · 25/10/2014 18:52

I keep reading about wool dress/nice boots combo for winter, I would love to try the look but... As someone with small boobs and biggish tum, size 12-14, don't want too clingy, but don't want loose and shameless either... Any suggestions? Many thanks, I value your opinions such a lot, have never had a bad steer!

Ooh I like all of those actually! I love the shade of green. Think the last one prob bit short and less shapely but might have to go into WS and try some on! Thank you GGP

Ooh, I quite like the tweed city dress myself. Just always wonder if I'll look frumpy at 32 and very busty

Gap have a merino one on sale atm. Good weight to it, comes in navy and grey. I didn't try it on but it might match your wants.

I wish I could wear wool dresses. They make me look like a sack of tatties unfortunately

Maybe if it was fitted and a more structured material it would be ok for you waiting?

I tried that Elsworth dress on yesterday.
I looked like Dolly Parton in the boob area Blush.

I wonder if I also excel at that sack of potatoes look, waitingforgodot!
Love that one, tethersend. Gap one lovely too lurking but I tbink a bit short for me.

Went into whitestuff this morn, saw none of the dresses I was looking for (didn't help that I had a ratty 3 year old with me who doesn't love shopping!) however... Have since seen a thread on here with a 15% off code for WS so alls well that ends well... Will buy online, try and report back! (Hopefully not with tattie-like results!)

Im sure if you sign up you will get the code. I was on a thread and it seems to be still working :)

...scroll down add your email etc and the code will be in your inbox.

Thank you- that was the one I used, actually... And they did send me a code (hence my initial optimism!) but said code didn't work. Never mind... Probably a message from dark forces suggesting that I should wait til I get paid at the end of the month instead of frittering away the rest of my pennies.... Sigh...!!

Thank you though!

I adore Cos and happily live in their clothes.....with the odd exception of course.

I was in Sainsbury today, and found two dresses that are spookily Cs-like, black wool, structured style, but for £20.

I bought one, but haven't tried it yet. Just hoping it will deliver.
