Wedding today - spot crisis

Going to a dear friends wedding today and woken up with a spot the size of a small volcano on face just below nose

Short of concealer or cutting head off, is there anything I can do?? It's just red at moment

Sudocreme (sp) is good at calming down redness . Also tea tree oil ..... Good luck
