Is my night oil causing pimples?

Have used clarins blue orchid oil for a few years, I think the general consensus is that it is a very good product.

I've recently increased the amount I apply at night as I was being a bit tight sparing with it.

Might be a coincidence but I've developed under the skin pimples in my 'smile' creases/area. I am prone to sensitivity around here, but I think I've worried before that the oil causes pimples in this area.

Should I go back to using less or swap the product? Any recs would be greatly rec'd.
