I've been an avid follower of footner threads but just cant justify the price even when its on offer so I tried the purederm version thats sometimes suggested on threads.

So I've come back to show you the peel thats just started on day 4 after a bath. Its just £3.70 here on amazon at the moment although it took two weeks to arrive.

I'm on day 3 of purederm. No change as of yet. Jealous!

Have you soaked your feet? Mine started to feel really scaly and were snagging on things so i leapt in the bath and it started peeling off my toe tips!

I have had prolonged hot showers but not soaked. no scaly feeling or snagging though. Will do a soak and maybe wear my sweaty trainers tomorrow!

Hurrah, great stuff. I have done Footners before, and you have reminded me I have an unused packet in my bathroom that I must jump into, but they are expensive and I will be doing Purederm from now on. Your peel has convinced me.

I did footner a few weeks ago but I feel that I still need a bit more for my trotters. I am going to order the amazon ones to try as I can't possibly keep up with a footner habit on our income. It's deliciously horrifying isn't it?

My feet have completely peeled now. Dh has yelled at me a trillion times because I've aimlessly picked at them watching tv at night. More than my cracked heels etc going, Im more impressed at the skin you think is fine and soft like in your arches, that all pulls away and you realise how dry it must have been afterall! My feet are lovely and soft. MUST MUST MUST keep on top of them now!

I used the same one and had good results.
It is definitely worth soaking them for 15-30 minutes every night in hot soapy water. Works wonders.
Mine started peeling away really quickly.
I'm ready to do it again soon.

Damn I've just paid £20 for Footner, I didn't know there were cheaper options. Are they just as good?

This is my second footner, as the first didn't completely do my heels and also after a few weeks they seemed just as bad... will it ever permanently improve?

Dh used footner, soaked every evening, no real improvement tbh, might get him the one linked above.

alias can't say whether it's as good as footer as I can't afford footer ha ha. But for 3.70 you could do it more regularly if you wanted to I suppose.

That pic up there ^^ was when I first started to peel! I had some good results over the days. For the price I'm very impressed. I've ordered another to keep in reserve because originally I paid a fiver but the price has come down.

I should add that before I did mine, I had a bath and exfoliated my feet. Then I put the pure deem socks on with slipper socks over the top for 90 minutes. I soaked my feet each night after but in the last few days I haven't had or it's all come away on its own.

I used the purederm a few weeks ago. 3 days in, the peeling started. 2 soaks in the tub and 2 days later, it was all done. I've not used footner so I can't compare but I was impressed with the results with purederm. But will try again in a month or two.
