It looked a really good offer, but I have bought lots of lingerie lately so no excuse to buy more.

Order stuff, collect, take out beauty box, return stuff!!

wantacatplease · 22/08/2014 17:14

I thought lingerie was non-returnable.

LetsFaceTheMusicAndDance · 22/08/2014 17:55

I've always been able to return it in the past.

dexter73 · 22/08/2014 18:12

The following items are excluded from our "goodwill" returns policy:

Gift cards, beauty, food, food gifts, Food to Order, earrings, wine, hampers, duvets, pillows, bra accessories (including straps, tape, nipple covers and silicone enhancers), Made to measure orders, flowers, plants, fruit baskets, lingerie* (not including bras), gifts and personalised items and any products with a seal, where the seal is broken.

LetsFaceTheMusicAndDance · 22/08/2014 18:23

Bloody hell. Never had this problem before. I'm a strange shape and I usually order at least 2 sizes if I'm buying anything that's 'all in one'. Never had a problem taking 2 of 3 identical items back to the store. Sigh. Thanks for the advice. I'll have to cancel it when I get home and go into town after all.Sad

PetraArkanian · 22/08/2014 18:30

I've ordered bras before and had no problem returning them. And I've returned knickers in an unopened pack (size on label different to pack)...

I often order multiple bras, collect, go straight to changing rooms to try on them return the ones that don't fit! It's easier than having to search all the bras for the two or three in my size!!

dexter73 · 22/08/2014 18:32

It does say not including bras.

wantacatplease · 22/08/2014 18:33

Do you think the nightwear bit is just for women? Or could I, say, get the dcs some pajamas and still qualify? I can't justify £50 for just stuff for myself but really want the box!

LetsFaceTheMusicAndDance · 22/08/2014 19:28

I've just rung them and they said I wouldn't be able to return what I'd bought to them by post, I'd have to take it into a store to get a refund so they could check that they hadn't been worn etc. That's what I usually do anyway because DH works near a M&S so he pops in to return stuff in his lunch hour for me.

So it's all good.

r2d2ismyidealman · 22/08/2014 20:49

Thanks, just ordered some new bras. Perfect!

snowpuma · 22/08/2014 21:04

Kids sleepwear won't be included, just womens, but it's all lingerie, sleepwear and hosiery so you can stock up on the black opaques or whatever!!

CointreauVersial · 24/08/2014 16:17

You can definitely return knickers and bras to M&S but be careful; if what you return takes you below £50 they might subtract the cost of the Box from what they refund you. A bit like "Buy One Get One Free" - you can't just return the first item and keep the second.

PetraArkanian · 25/08/2014 21:52

Although you could always return without receipt and get gift card and spend on other stuff if they tried that!!! You would have to go to a different store though...
