Splendid or James Perse type tees anywhere on the high street?

I want to stock up on really good quality, longer length tshirts to take back to the Middle East with me and just wondered if you can buy them anywhere on the high street? I know them sell them on NAP etc but I would prefer to buy in person.

I can get into Birmingham and any surrounding towns fairly easily - does anywhere like Harvey Nics etc sell this sort of stuff? I have been looking everywhere and can't find anything that meets my criteria of longer length and really nice quality.
