God! How did that happen - I didn't even realise we were full!

Copying my dilemma for those that missed it:
Help me justify what I'm about to do please.
I have found an Anya Hindmarch maxi satchel in orange for £510 (usually over £800). I have been in love with this bag for a long time but I have no money.
I am thinking of EBaying my Mulberyy Bayswater in Oak which I hardly ever use as it is too heavy and I feel as though they are everywhere nowadays. I reckon I'll get about £450 for it on EBay. I can afford the difference. What do you think?

I say go for it! You don't use the Bayswater so why not sell it.

And if you have always loved the AH and the difference in price is not to big, why not.

Maybe be cheeky and ask the full AH amount for the Bayswater on Ebay?

Which reminds me of my oak Bayswater sitting gathering dust in the wardrobe.

Well done! Yes go for it Shop.

go for it Shop if you don't love the mulberry, sell it on to someone who does. No sense hanging onto something you don't love and don't really use when you can get something you do

You'll love the AH satchel, Shop, it's my favourite bag. Personally I far prefer AH to Mulberry.

Was just coming on to say do it as well shop! Love love love the orange. And Bayswaters are so expensive now that you might get more than you expect for yours. Yay!
Hope you're feeling better btw :)

Thanks all! Phew. I was going to wait for the satchel to arrive before I EBay the Bayswater but actually it's never been exactly what I wanted (it replaced my printed oak that was stolen and I never loved it as much) so will list it regardless. Feels good to make that decision :)
I also have a Coach small evening bag and purse which I'll list to as I never use it.

Oh and to update on health stuff. Blood tests all clear so the docs are changing the medication I'm on to see if that helps. Fingers crossed.....

in other news. Remember the Pepino shoes I bought for DS that he trashed in less than 2 weeks? i complained to Jones the Bootmaker, they referred me to an Area Manager. He asked me to send the shoes for testing! A report came back saying they had clearly been damaged from scooter or trike use (which I had told them in the first place) and they flat refused any form of refund or exchange.
The Clarks ones I bought when I stormed out of Jones the Bootmaker have lasted a bit longer - 7 weeks. I took them back today with my receipt, and no quibble, they gave me a brand new replacement pair. Just brilliant. So Jones the Bootmaker - perhaps you need to rethink your customer service, as I won't ever be buying from you again.
(Sorry for multiple posts)

And the young sales assistant in Clarks liked my Fugly Birkies! (which I should now EBay against the bag!) Hmm

Ladies! I cannot keep up with you all, I am about to drive home from work and have enjoyed all your posts and warm welcomes and all those bags! Smile
So...I am brain dead after submitting my April work travel expenses but just had a quick question you may have ideas on:
The Muubaa jacket (the one for work if you remember...not the black biker) is as I said before buttery leathery and lovely.
HOWEVER...not sure if the colour looks a bit insipid on me, I think it would look fab on a blonde but I have dark brown hair/auburn lowlights, light olive skin, brown eyes (no idea of what season I am though).
It is this taupe/mushroomy colour so I don't want to return to outnet but any suggestions on what colours to wear with that would make it more suitable?
Remember it's for work, how would you style it? The bottom half is easy, it is the top part I am wondering about.
I suit bright colours usually but black and white look good on me too.
Would it go with a bright (fuschia schiappareli pink) top? Or better with blue. Or do I stick to other boring neutrals...
Right off to drive home now. Tx for suggestions.

shop , good job! The AH looks fab and the color is beautiful I sold my basywater for about I think, £430,I haven't used it in a long time, and it was just taking space in my wardrobe, recently I sold my celine luggage too(my first solo ebay sale) ,as it was heavy, and I much prefer the phantom, more flexible.

Glad your test results are ok,maybe you just need a bit longer to recuperate,

SoyYo I don't feel I know you well enough to be this harsh yet but if it isn't perfect, send it back. Now you know the shape you love you can keep your eyes peeled for a better colour for you. Muubaa comes up loads on a variety of websites reduced......

"Placenta booties" ?Shock i am not an earth mother this sounds horrendous! I had cs with both my two and with first the stitches had a little bead at each end Hmm when I had stitches removed about to faint, not good with gore the health visitor a loony with the shakes, so much so later when she was doing DS vaccinations I nearly took the syringe out of her hand and did it myself asked me whether I'd like to keep the beads to make earrings Shock Shock I nearly passed out I ONLY wear diamonds you hippy, shaky mad woman

Shop'youve done the right thing. You linked that bag a while ago, you've always loved it. This is an excellent buy. List the Bayswater high to start, remember your last M bag could have gone for more.

Agree with everyone else shop. That AH one is beautiful, I've never owned a Mulberry but feel like they have reached a tipping point. And good news that the bloods are negative.

SoyYo I have similar colouring too and couldn't do that colour. Outnet are quite quick with refunds.

Hello all! It's been a busy few days - we had a party last Sunday afternoon for about 40 people so leading up to it I was madly busy sorting out the house, drinks, catering etc! This week has been busy at work. Fashion wise I have basically been in a funk - wearing a uniform of Me&Em ruched dress (different ones!) and Balenciaga City all week. I have a new cocktail ring. I picked it up today after it was sized down.
