Has anyone done this? Can you recommend a focus for the makeup? A product worth trying or investing in?

TIA

i love their dandelion powder

Poretastic is great.
They do a lovely tinted moisturiser that's not too heavy or greasy.
I've used their heavy duty under eye
concealer - same little pink lidded pot - for close to 4 years! It lasts so well and is the only thing that
covers my dark circles.

I love Benetint (bought myself a lovely new bottle tonight!) and Dandelion. Like Porefessional a lot but it's expensive for what it is - the other two last forever.

I didn't like it myself but there is a magazine(can't remember which)
out now that has free mini porefessional, would be a good way to try it. I love benetint and posietint.

Thanks all! Under eye concealer will be on my list definitely! No sleep for like two years! I'm excited now. Going to ask for an everyday/ work look- concentrating on base and defining eyes...sound reasonable?

It's Elle - I bought it just for the mini Porefessional. The magazine is garbage.

True remus. It's normaly company that has the benefit freebies and again I just chuck them without reading.
That sounds good nervy. Will u please update as I'd like to know if they
give you a more natural look. Every time I've had professional make up,
they cake it on and I feel self conscious. Hope you enjoy it.

They gave me a tiny sample of their new BB cream today and I've just had a poke around with it. It seems really nice.

Oo remus I was thinking of asking for a tinted moisturiser rather than foundation etc so the bb cream could be good. I wonder if it comes in different shades?

Just checked and the amazing under eye concealer is called Erase Paste. £20 seems a lot for such
a tiny pot - I tend to buy Boots Natural Collection 3 for a fiver normally Grin - but it's really worth it.

Oooh, is it called Porefessional - ooops!

I love Erase Paste too. Use it under my eyes daily but the pot lasts a year.

'They're real' mascara is the best I've used.

I've also tried a face product called Dr Feelgood. It's a finishing, mattifying balm thing. Smells fab but made my skin dry and flaky.

I also used a pinky primer / foundation alternative that smelled like sweets - loved it, and the smell. Didn't last long though and is pricey. Can't remember the name but it's in a twist up tube.

Primer is called ' That Gal'! Thanks Google!

Resist the hard sell - they are shameless!

But their tinted moisturisers are great (Rebel?). Brow products good too.

They do hard sell, but have some lovely products. I've just bought the Better than BB and it's great (You Rebel is being discontinued soon so if you use it, better buy now!). Also love their mascaras. I think Hoola is a great bronzer. Enjoy your make over!

Pleased to report no hard sell! Would say I had a very made up natural look but more to do with application than products. Came away with you rebel (thanks helicopter) and with coralista and the brow wand on my wish list. Thoroughly enjoyed the facial too so may also switch to the night moisturiser too. Thanks for the tips. Oh and I got a sample of the bb cream so will try that one day this week- and a sample of the fake up concealer- I tried the erase paste but found it creased very quickly.

I got the BB cream last weekend - I went for my usual Hello Flawless which I like as it's spf25. The SA said I should go for the bb one as it's equally high coverage but spf35, she whacked it on me and I thought it looked too dark but she was adamant it was my colour. Anyway I bought it and it's like the consistency of plaster! It's so thick I need a palette knife to spread it on, plus it is too orange for me. Grr. Hello Flawless is lovely though. I'll use up the bb cream for days when I'm in the sun and don't care too much about looking flawless.

Can you not take it back and say she was wrong and you're not happy with it?

Thanks for the update Nervy I've been thinking of going for a makeover for some time so will give benefit a try. Glad you enjoyed it Smile

Remus I've thrown away the outer packaging, and the receipt, and have used it 3 times. I feel a bit silly and it wasn't cheap at £27.50 I could have got bloody YSL for that.

I thought the BB was a really nice consistency, but you're right it feels thicker than the Hello Flawless, which, for a foundation, is mega light but I think gives me more coverage. I was a bit Shock at the price too. Really thought it would be sub-£20. Luckily I was paying with Boots points but at that price I won't be buying it regularly!
